Responsibilities
•Build scalable, high-performance real-time .NET Core microservices
•Use multithreading, asynchronous patterns, and event-driven designs with Kafka and AWS SQS
•Optimize systems for low-latency, high-throughput trading workloads
•Ensure thread safety, fault tolerance, and efficient data stream processing
•Contribute to Clean Architecture, Vertical Slice, and CQRS architectures
•Align technical solutions with trading and financial business needs
•Apply design patterns to improve reliability and adaptability
•Participate in Scrum ceremonies and Agile workflows
•Collaborate with the PO and SM to refine requirements and deliver quality software
•Write maintainable, testable code using TDD and perform code reviews
•Maintain unit, integration, and performance test coverage
•Implement OpenTelemetry for tracing, metrics, and logs
•Build monitoring dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana
•Ensure system observability and actionable performance insights
Requirements
•5+ Years of software development experience, focused on .NET Core and C#
•Deep expertise in multithreaded and asynchronous programming and concurrency in distributed systems
•Extensive experience designing and implementing domain-driven microservices with advanced architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture or Vertical Slice Architecture
•Strong understanding of event-driven systems and messaging frameworks such as Kafka, AWS SQS, or RabbitMQ
•Proficiency with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic (Kibana)
•Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
•Expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum
•Solid knowledge of Git and version control best practices
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Nice to have
•Familiarity with Saga patterns for distributed transactions
•Experience in trading or financial systems and low-latency, high-concurrency environments
•Advanced SQL Server optimization skills
•Relevant certifications in software development, system architecture, or AWS technologies
