Inspection of dimensions of preforms used in manufacturing processes, semi-finished products and finished products created during the processes, and creation of the measurement programs required for this.
Job Description
The following tasks await our new colleague:
•Operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), optical measuring machine, A&H measuring equipment and mobile coordinate measuring machine
•Coordinating operator and major maintenance work of measuring machines
•Preparing measurement programs for new products (NPI) in coordination with QPE, LME, ME
•Revising measurement programs of existing products based on drawing changes
•Preparing and maintaining measurement instructions and aids
•Supporting production in resolving issues from a measurement technology perspective
•Maintaining and revising databases and user interfaces
•Preparing and archiving measurement documentation, results and reports
•Actively participating in the design, procurement and operation of tools, equipment and devices needed for measurement
•Preparing and maintaining OPM and other maintenance instructions
•Cooperating with the calibration lab
•Using measuring instruments and measurement procedures
•Tracking new measurement technologies and procedures, preparing, implementing and introducing development proposals
•Ensuring compliance of measurement results and settings according to regulations and documentation
•Conducting and coordinating operator and user trainings
•Ensuring the accuracy of documentation and reports prepared by the role
•Following the ISO 9001 quality management standard, manufacturing operation instructions, documented processes and quality requirements
Requirements
•Completed engineering BSc/MSc studies (mechanical engineering degree is an advantage)
•Knowledge of measurement technology theory
•Experience in operating and programming 3D measuring machines, handling databases of measuring machines
•Basic Six Sigma knowledge (Gage R&R, standard deviation, range)
•CAD knowledge (Unigraphics, AutoCad), organizational skills
•Knowledge of SPC systems
•English language skills, in addition to Hungarian
•Good problem-solving skills
•Logical thinking
•Good communication skills
•Team-spirited attitude
•Computer skills
•Openness to new tasks
