# VACANCY: Marketing Manager (SMM + AI content)
Edu Pro training center is looking for a marketing manager to join the team.
We have been teaching Arabic and English since 2018, with around 1000 students. New branches are opening and our team is growing.
🎯 Responsibilities:
•Creating video content using artificial intelligence (AI)
•Writing scripts for Instagram Reels, Telegram and YouTube Shorts
•Giving technical briefs (TZ) to the videographer and controlling the result
•Building a content plan and posting regularly
•Giving technical briefs (TZ) to the targetologist and tracking ad results
•Ensuring a steady flow of leads to the sales department
❗️ Important: we are looking for a specialist who can independently and competently perform all of the above tasks. Candidates who only know part of these areas, or who want to learn them now, are not suitable for this position.
✅ Requirements:
•At least 1 year of experience in SMM or marketing
•Ability to work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, video generation services)
•Understanding of Reels and Shorts trends, ability to write selling scripts
•Knowledge of targeting basics (lead price, conversion)
•Literate writing in Uzbek (knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
•Responsibility and result orientation
💰 We offer:
•Monthly salary: $800 – $2000 (fixed + KPI)
•KPI depends on the number and quality of leads
•Work format: offline or online (negotiable)
•Working hours and days are negotiable
