•Independently manage internal stakeholders and external service providers before, during and after events.
•Analyze and evaluate event success, including deriving concrete optimization measures, and maintain and further develop our CRM system.
•Take responsibility for event projects, with plenty of room for your own ideas and creativity, and proactively identify and implement improvements throughout the entire event lifecycle.
•Contribute to other projects, such as film shoots, podcasts, company-wide projects and initiatives.
•Work closely with colleagues in PR, Business Development, Marketing, IT, the office workplaces (front desk) at our locations, and colleagues in the legal departments.

•You enjoy working independently, recognize needs for action at an early stage and proactively drive topics forward.
•You take responsibility for your projects and ensure that ideas become concrete results.
•You're a real team player and enjoy working across locations.
•There are many paths into event management. Whether through vocational training or a degree, above all, we need your skills and enthusiasm for this field.
•You already have several years of practical experience in event management, are highly organized and stay calm when unexpected events occur.
•You enjoy traveling and are keen to support events at our locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne and Munich.
•You enjoy communicating on an equal footing and are strong in written and spoken German and English.
•We like trying new things. You have a feel for trends, enjoy exploring new technologies and digital tools, and are enthusiastic about putting new ideas into practice.
•Last but not least, you place great importance on providing excellent service. You enjoy being a host and repeatedly inspire our clients and YPOGees (employees) with the brand.
