About
RESM Jewelry is an Azerbaijani jewelry brand that brings together design, craftsmanship, and a distinctive aesthetic vision. At RESM, every detail matters — from the design of our jewelry to the way it is presented, communicated, and experienced by our customers. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who combines creative thinking, a refined aesthetic sense, and strong organizational skills. This role brings together marketing coordination, brand communications, corporate client support, and day-to-day operations.

•Ensure timely delivery, quality, and consistency of content in line with RESM's brand standards.
•Coordinate LinkedIn activities and other digital communication channels.
•Create and manage newsletters, email campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing communications in Azerbaijani and English.
•Prepare presentations, simple promotional visuals, and other day-to-day design materials using Canva.
•Work closely with designers, content creators, copywriters, and external agencies.
•Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM records.
•Manage audience segmentation and email communications through Mailchimp.
•Support the development of targeted communications and special offers for different customer segments.

•Organize the preparation and production of certificates and other printed materials.
•Support the organization of brand events, partnerships, and special projects.
•Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination between marketing, sales, and boutique operations.
This is a hands-on coordination role that combines planning, execution, and operational oversight. While certain activities may be carried out by internal colleagues or external partners, the Marketing Coordinator is expected to take ownership of assigned workflows, coordinate contributors, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion. Depending on business priorities and team needs, the role also involves directly executing relevant marketing and operational tasks.
