Responsibilities
•Research, implement, and deploy innovative ML techniques for logistics problems
•Scale and transfer machine learning solutions to improve decision-making across product use cases
•Implement and launch Data Science applications that coordinate with customer-facing solutions, continuously improving performant and efficient ML models
•Implement tools, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks to support the development, iteration, and launch of ML ideas within the product scope
Requirements
•Strong experience in Machine Learning and developing real-time data streaming technologies for forecasting or logistics products
•Strong Python coding and software engineering skills
•Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
•Experience productizing and deploying solutions using cloud services such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
•Strong background in microservices, event-driven architecture, serverless computing, and cloud architecture patterns
•Familiarity with Kubernetes, including production deployment
•Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and advancing best practices
•Experience with real-time production systems at scale, handling millions of requests or transactions per day

Conditions
The role is based in Berlin, with 3 days a week from the Berlin office and 2 days working from home.
