Description
The team supports a global company specializing in organizing river, sea, and expedition cruises worldwide. It delivers Data & Analytics solutions based on Azure, AI, and Machine Learning technologies, including intelligent document processing and business process automation.
Responsibilities
•Design and develop AI and Machine Learning solutions that address the client's business needs
•Build systems for intelligent document processing, OCR, and data extraction
•Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to create comprehensive data and AI solutions
•Develop and deploy ML models in Azure
•Integrate AI solutions with existing business processes and systems
•Contribute to the modernization of the Azure- and Databricks-based data platform
•Ensure the quality, scalability, and security of solutions
•Help define the direction of AI initiatives for a global organization
•Work on modern technologies and projects with a real impact on the client's business
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions
•Comfortable working with Microsoft Azure
•Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, or similar data platforms
•Ability to build and develop OCR, information extraction, and document processing solutions
•Proficiency in Python and SQL
•Understanding of the development, training, deployment, and monitoring of ML models in production environments
•Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver valuable AI use cases
•Fluent Polish
•English at an upper-intermediate level, minimum B2+
Conditions
•Location: Gliwice
•Hourly rate: 115 – 180 zł/h netto + VAT (B2B)
•B2B contract
•Preferred start: October/November 2026
