About the team
Join a close-knit team forming the Business Banking Center! Our main task is to take care of a portfolio of clients from the medium-sized companies segment. We want our support to help clients achieve their business development goals. The essence of our work is responding to needs related to running a business, including selecting the right financing method (loans, leasing, factoring).
Your tasks
•You enter data into company systems, review and verify information to ensure accuracy and availability
•You help manage relationships with internal and external clients by performing simple procedural tasks
•You create reports for others, gathering data from various standard sources and entering it into standard formats
•You prepare routine letters, notices, reports and similar documents according to detailed instructions
•You develop practical knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures, as well as regulatory codes and codes of conduct related to your own work, following mandatory procedures
•You take care of preparing and maintaining client documentation related to their current business activities
•You support corporate client advisors in carrying out credit processes
•You coordinate client documentation, including keeping it up to date and ensuring proper circulation
