Role Summary

Handling deliveries, keep contact between the purchaser and forwarder.

Key Responsibilities

•Discuss the actual shipment with the purchasers/ forwarders

•Checking the previous day arrivals

•Tracking the new shipments

•Cargo organization

•Managing the shipments in Cello/ FIS

•Using internal systems

•Checking emails

•Ad hoc tasks which are defined by direct supervisor

•Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports

Requirements

•Qualification: College/ University degree

•Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience (air, ocean and road transportation)

•Other skills: Computer skills (MS Office), flexible, good problem solving ability, good communication skills in English (both written and oral), Korean language knowledge (read, write, speak), independent, precise personality
