Требования
•Strong Python skills
•3+ years of professional commercial experience applying Data Science, NLP, and/or Computer Vision to business problems
•Familiarity with state-of-the-art models and advanced approaches in Data Science, NLP, and Computer Vision
•Deep knowledge of ML/AI frameworks, algorithms, and techniques, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, feature engineering, model optimization, and hyperparameter tuning
•Experience developing solutions based on LLMs and RAG, building intelligent agents, and applying MCP techniques and other modern AI approaches
•Understanding of big-data platforms and cloud services for scalable deployment
•Basic DevOps skills, including CI/CD, Linux fundamentals, and Docker
•Experience building MLOps processes, automating ML model lifecycles, managing data and model versions, configuring pipelines, and A/B testing
•Experience using Git for version control and collaboration
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
•Ability to work with product managers, data analysts, and business leaders
•Experience mentoring and delegating tasks within a team
•Strong communication skills and a desire to develop leadership competencies
•English and/or German proficiency at B2 level or higher
