Your Tasks
•Recognizing needs: Needs and potential analyses as part of our advisory approach, always oriented toward the individual life situation of our customers/prospects
•Advising people: Advising an existing customer base as well as acquiring new customers for one or more of these product areas: loans, checking accounts, cards and pension provision
•Inspiring customers: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, including through independent customer appointment scheduling and placement of individually suitable additional products
•Living risk culture: Continuous development and maintenance of a sense of responsibility in proactively dealing with risks within the bank
Your Profile
•Knowing the right things: Commercial training, preferably in the banking environment, e.g. as a bank clerk, or comparable training
•Being able to do the important things: Know-how and experience in one or more of the aforementioned product areas, or willingness to familiarize yourself with them
•Bringing the necessary: Enjoyment of strong teamwork, close customer contact and professional service
•Having the special something: A feel for people and their needs, combined with talent and passion for sales – with everything that entails: advising with needs analysis, recommendation and closing, as well as support
