We are looking for a creative, proactive and independent specialist to develop a personal brand and projects in the fields of artificial intelligence, technology, startups and education.
We don't need someone who just shoots and edits video — we need someone who can find interesting topics, propose new ideas, and create content that people want to watch.
Working conditions

Main areas of work
•Personal brand — creating interesting and useful content about AI, startups, venture investments, business and technology.
•Community — covering events, preparing interviews with experts, developers and entrepreneurs, developing the tech community.
•Online education platform — editing educational video courses, preparing training video materials, and in the future creating content about artificial intelligence for a broad audience.
Main tasks
•Searching for and proposing interesting topics for Reels and posts every week.
•Developing content plans, ideas, scripts and visual concepts.
•Shooting and editing Reels, interviews, conversations and educational videos.
•Preparing graphic posts, carousels, covers, and writing texts.
•Editing full educational video courses: working with sound, presentations, screen recordings and graphic materials.
•Photographing and filming conferences, events, business meetings, educational programs and other processes.
•Organizing shooting processes with experts, entrepreneurs, developers and other participants.
•Personally participating as a host, interviewer or participant in videos when necessary.
•Posting content to Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
•Analyzing content performance and developing proposals for improvement.
Requirements
•Excellent command of Uzbek — literate spoken and written language, ability to write natural, engaging, quality texts in Uzbek (Latin script).
•Experience shooting and editing short vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
•Graphic design and visual content creation skills.
•Ability to write scripts, present topics engagingly and hold viewer attention.
•Understanding of principles of popularizing content on social media.
•Ability to independently search for relevant topics and propose creative solutions.
•Confident use of video editing and design software.
•Interest in AI, technology, entrepreneurship and education.
•Initiative, responsibility, creativity and ability to work independently.
Additional advantage: experience developing personal brands, shooting interviews, editing educational courses, and using AI tools in content creation.
Important: all video content and posts are prepared primarily in Uzbek. Therefore, fluent, literate and natural spoken Uzbek is a mandatory requirement.
