We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer with solid experience in back-end development, microservices, and legacy system modernization to join a flagship project.
Requirements
•Candidates must live in Portugal
•Degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
•More than 6 years of experience in software development (for senior profiles)
•Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
•Solid knowledge of relational databases, with the ability to create and optimize complex queries (Oracle / SQL)
•Experience with legacy technologies and corporate portals (namely JSF and PrimeFaces)
•Team spirit and willingness to support and mentor more junior team members
Nice to have
•Experience in the public sector or healthcare
•Experience in database modeling
•Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
•Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and curiosity to learn
