About the role
We are looking for an IT System Analyst who will participate in the development and maintenance of our enterprise information system and related applications, prepare analyses of change requests, coordinate integrations with suppliers, and provide L2/L3 application support.
Responsibilities
•Work on the development and maintenance of the current IS system and related enterprise applications
•Actively collaborate on the analysis, development and implementation of new functions in enterprise systems
•Carry out integrations with other systems together with suppliers
•Perform analysis of development requests and system support – working with databases and internal applications
•Gain thorough knowledge of the technical side of the system
•Actively cooperate with the internal team and external suppliers
•Create standardized documentation of changes and processes
•Provide L2/L3 application support
•Collaborate on new projects
Requirements
•University or secondary education (ideally IT-focused, but not a condition)
•Experience working with databases (MS SQL or Oracle)
•General IT background (awareness of application administration, development and testing processes), knowledge of Microsoft or Linux environment, experience with application deployment
•Analytical thinking, ability to learn quickly, flexibility, ability to work in a team
•Interest in modern IT technologies and willingness to learn
•Conversational knowledge of English
Advantageous
•Experience in an IT position such as: application analyst, application administrator, application support, DB administrator
•Experience with administration of enterprise IS systems
•Understanding of program code (ideally knowledge of PL/SQL or Oracle Forms/APEX)
•Basic understanding of API system integration
•Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
•Experience working in a regulated environment (SDP, GDP)
