We at Marsh are looking for you to support our Technical Onsite Support team in Munich as:
IT Analyst* – Technical Onsite Support
You work for one of the most internationally renowned and at the same time most likeable management consultancies, where diversity, equality and social commitment are highly valued.
In this position you are part of the IT department and support end users, resolve problems in the IT infrastructure, and fix application faults. If you recognize yourself in the tasks listed below, we look forward to your application.
What the role involves
•Carrying out installations, training, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all desktop hardware/software technologies.
•Supporting the setup and operation of audiovisual hardware according to end-user needs
•Setting up appropriate hardware/software based on company policies and end-user requirements
•Carrying out activations and supporting mobile devices
•Responding to incidents within our SLA policy or promptly, with appropriate urgency, and following up on all issues with our internal units
•Escalating incidents and questions to the appropriate support groups
•Supporting events such as infrastructure changes, software releases, BCP, etc.
What makes you a fit
•Completed technical training (e.g. IT specialist/Fachinformatiker or IT technician)
•At least 1 to 2 years of proven successful experience in a similar role
•You use MS 365, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS/iOS very confidently
•Experience using case management software (e.g. ServiceNow / Cisco)
•Team spirit and the flexibility to also support remote branches
•A customer- and business-oriented approach to ensure the service offered is implemented efficiently
•Very good German and English skills, written and spoken, round off your profile
