AIFC Private Company "BGlobal Ventures Ltd.", an AIFC-licensed investment company, is continuing to look for a strong Investment Associate to join our investment team in Astana.
Responsibilities
•Support the assessment, structuring, and execution of Private Equity investment projects
•Conduct financial statement analysis, industry research, and market analysis
•Develop financial models and support valuation of potential investment opportunities
•Participate in due diligence processes and preparation of investment materials
•Support the evaluation of investment opportunities across strategic sectors
•Work closely with senior members of the investment team on transaction execution
Requirements
•3–5 years of relevant experience in banking, investment, corporate finance, Big Four, private equity, venture capital, or related areas
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
•Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis
•Good knowledge of English is required
•High level of personal accountability, professional integrity, and attention to detail
Nice to have
•CFA qualification or progress towards CFA certification would be an advantage
