What you will do:

•Develop characters, plots, backgrounds and visual elements matching the text;
•Form the appearance and style of characters;
•Execute illustrations by hand and using a graphic tablet;

•Understanding of composition, color, perspective and proportion basics;
•Ability to convey characters' emotion and personality;
•Ability to understand a technical brief and turn it into a visual solution;
•Ability to work with feedback;
•Ability to meet deadlines and organize work across several projects.
Strong advantages:
•Experience illustrating children's books;
•Experience in character design;
•Ability to work with different illustration styles.
What kind of specialist are we looking for?
We need a specialist who, besides being creative, understands the children's audience.
An illustration being pretty is not enough. It must match the child's age, be understandable, emotional and consistent with the book's content.
If you can give a character personality, convey the atmosphere of a story through a drawing, and the question "what will the child feel looking at this picture?" matters to you — we want to see you on our team.
We offer:
•Steady work with children's books;
•Creative projects and interesting tasks;
•Opportunity for professional growth as an illustrator;
•A creative and supportive team;
•Feedback and collaborative work during the work process;
•Working conditions and salary are discussed during the interview.
How to apply?
