About the Role
Globigo Marketing Ltd is looking for a hands-on Operations Specialist to join our growing Casino Affiliate Network!
📍 Location: Remote / Hybrid (Cyprus)
⚙️ Responsibilities:
•Set up and manage affiliate accounts with casino brands
•Configure campaigns, tracking links & postbacks
•Test registrations, FTDs and troubleshoot tracking issues
•Monitor, analyze and update campaign data
•Set up and update CPA, RevShare & Hybrid deals
•Update Welcome Offers, campaign details and affiliate program information
•Monitor traffic performance, caps and reports
•Handle daily operational tasks and coordinate with brand support teams
✅ Requirements:
•Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager
•Hands-on experience working with iGaming / Casino affiliate programs
•Good understanding of affiliate tracking, postbacks and traffic data
•Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•Independent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
•Good English; Russian/Ukrainian is a plus
