Centric Global is a growing technology company with offices in Kenya, Dubai, and Sri Lanka, specializing in ICT, enterprise applications, and digital transformation solutions. As an IFS partner, Centric Global delivers IFS ERP solutions and supports organizations across various industries with implementation, consulting, optimization, and technology services. The company also partners with global technology providers including Microsoft, AWS, SUSE, Kaspersky, and Red Hat. Centric Global is hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Developer to design, develop, and support technical solutions within IFS Cloud, playing a key role across the full lifecycle — build, integration, Go-Live, and post-implementation support — ensuring scalable and high-performance ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
•Develop and customize solutions in IFS Cloud / IFS Applications
•Build REST APIs, integrations, and interfaces (banking, payroll, external systems)
•Develop PL/SQL logic, projections, and Aurena components
•Support data migration (scripts, transformation, validation)
•Optimize performance for large datasets and batch processes
•Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and hypercare activities
•Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (L2/L3 support)
•Collaborate with functional consultants and architects
•Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and clean core principles
Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
•5–8+ years' experience in ERP technical development
•Proven experience in IFS Cloud or IFS Applications
•Strong skills in:
•Oracle SQL / PL/SQL
•REST APIs, JSON, integrations
•IFS Aurena / projections / entity services
•Experience in:
•Data migration and ETL processes
•Performance tuning and troubleshooting
•Go-Live and production support
•Relevant IFS certifications preferred
•The role involves travel to customer sites to support client engagements, project delivery, stakeholder meetings, and other business requirements. Candidates must be willing and able to travel internationally as required by the role.
•Experience in large-scale ERP implementations
•Exposure to multi-module environments (Finance, SCM, HCM, EAM)
•Familiarity with integration middleware and cloud environments
•Understanding of ERP functional processes
