What will you do?
As HR Business Partner you are the sparring partner for managers and employees in Northeast Netherlands. You help managers grow in their leadership, support employees in their development, and think along about the teams of tomorrow. Together with the HR team you work on a pleasant work environment in which people can grow and perform.
You will be involved in, among other things:
•Advising managers and team leaders on HR issues.
•Coaching managers in leadership and team development.
•Thinking along about inflow, onboarding, development and retention of talent.
•Supporting absenteeism, employment law and organizational issues.
•Contributing to strategic workforce planning.
•Identifying improvement opportunities and translating them into smart HR solutions.
•Collaborating with stakeholders within the PartsPoint Network.
•Working on HR projects that contribute to a future-proof organization.
Who are you?
You are someone who makes contact easily and gets energy from collaborating. You switch smoothly between strategy and practice. One time you think along about the future of our organization, the next time you coach a manager or guide an employee.
In addition, you bring:
•A completed higher professional education (hbo) degree in HRM or similar.
•About 2 years of work experience within HR.
•Good command of the Dutch and English language.
•Availability from 32 hours per week.
•Courage, curiosity and a positive attitude.
•A customer-oriented mindset and a sense for both people and organization.
You don't need to have experience with everything already. If you like to learn, show initiative and want to develop yourself, we would like to talk to you.
