Задачи
•Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
•Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle
•Assist the Recruitment team with onboarding new starters
•Support the HR Advisory team with HR queries
•Deliver HR activities that underpin the HR shared service model
•Maintain confidentiality and data protection policies and procedures, reviewing relevant statutory and organisational policies and procedures regularly
•Support the team with administrative tasks
Требования
•Ideally, experience in HR shared services and administration
•Strong organisational and time-management skills
•Ability to prioritise tasks with different deadlines and levels of importance
•Be a supportive team player with initiative and flexibility
Условия
•33 Days of paid holiday per year, increasing to 35 days with each year of service
•Option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost
•12-Month fixed-term contract
•37 Hours per week
•£25,000 - £27,000 Depending on experience, annually
