About the Role
You will optimize the full trading stack for latency, reliability, and efficiency. You will debug kernel-level systems, tune network stacks, benchmark hardware, profile live systems, build monitoring tools, deploy performance improvements, and collaborate with technical teams.
Requirements
•5+ years of low-latency hardware and software expertise
•Kernel Linux experience
•Network engineering and deep network knowledge
•Understanding of market data feeds, order books, and exchange-level protocols
•Experience with performance-testing tools and scripting
Responsibilities
•Optimize latency, reliability, and efficiency across the trading stack
•Perform kernel-level debugging, network optimization, and hardware benchmarking
•Monitor and profile live trading systems
•Create monitoring tools and identify bottlenecks
•Prototype, test, and deploy performance improvements
•Collaborate with trading, infrastructure, and software engineers
