Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
•Proven experience as a DevOps Tech Lead, leading and mentoring DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering teams
•Technical leadership skills, including architectural decisions, backlog management, sprint planning and definition of best practices
•Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
•Hands-on experience with AKS, Helm charts, JFrog Artifactory and pipeline scripting
•Knowledge of SonarQube, code reviews and Jira integration
•Experience with build and deployment processes for Spring Boot and Angular applications
•Experience automating release processes and database migrations (Cosmos DB, Apache Cassandra)
•Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
•Advanced level of English (minimum B2)
Nice to have
•Knowledge of Terraform, Azure Bicep, Liquibase or Flyway is a plus
•Familiarity with AI-driven CI/CD automation and vulnerability scanning is valued
