Head of Change Delivery (Permanent & Interim Opportunities)
We're continuing to invest in our change capability and are looking for an experienced Head of Change Delivery to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a significant portfolio of strategic, regulatory, operational and technology change initiatives, helping to shape the future of a growing, technology-enabled lender.
We're recruiting for:
•Head of Change Delivery (Permanent)
•Head of Change Delivery (Interim)
We're also open to discussing interim-to-permanent transitions for candidates who are interested in starting on an interim basis with the potential to move into a permanent role.
You'll be responsible for:
•Leading our project management team
•Driving delivery across a complex change portfolio
•Enhancing our change methodology and capability
•Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes
•Ensuring change is delivered effectively, efficiently and sustainably
We're keen to hear from experienced change leaders with a strong track record of delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes, ideally within financial services.
