About the role
Parvaz is a startup studio. We build products with founders and help them find their first customers. We're looking for someone early in their career to sell those products, online and in person. You won't sit on one product. You'll work across the studio's startups, and every week will look a little different. One day you'll film a short video for a new product, the next you'll be in a client's office running a demo.
Responsibilities
•Find potential customers, reach out, run demos and close the first deals
•Sell in person: visit companies, shops and offices, and work at events
•Make content for each product: short videos, posts and simple ads, then see what works
•Talk to customers and bring what you hear back to the product teams
•Keep the pipeline up to date and share the numbers every week
Requirements
•0 to 2 years in sales, marketing or content (internships, freelance work and your own projects count)
•Fluent English, spoken and written, and Azerbaijani
•Comfortable talking to strangers, on the phone and face to face
•You can shoot and edit a short video on your phone
•You learn fast and like seeing your results in numbers
Nice to have
•Russian is a plus
