Задачи
•Participate actively in projects for existing agency clients and new business activities
•Create brand and sales campaigns and propose modern design solutions
•Independently create social media and banner campaign formats and handle comprehensive format adaptations
•Track current trends in design and advertising
Требования
•Experience designing digital campaigns, including display and social media, supported by a portfolio of commercial projects
•Experience managing projects end-to-end, from concept and layout to final file preparation
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
•Good understanding of design principles
•Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients, present ideas, and justify design decisions
•Ability to maintain an organized and clear structure of files and layers
•Willingness to support diverse production activities, create design libraries, source graphic materials, and adapt designs to different formats and platforms
