About the Company
Keprom Group has been operating since 1994 and today brings together more than 650 employees. The Group includes Aksa, a retail chain with a wide range of products for babies and children, with 30 stores in Serbia, an online shop and 4 stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Keprom Distribution, which works with more than 100 brands. Aksa is looking for a graphic designer who will contribute with their ideas, creativity and sense of aesthetics to the development of our visual identity and the way we communicate with customers.
Responsibilities
•Conceiving and creating creative graphic solutions for various formats and communication channels
•Creating and improving the visual identity, while consistently applying graphic standards
•Preparing graphic solutions for digital channels, print and promotional materials
•Developing designs for Aksa brands
•Collaborating with suppliers and monitoring the production and quality of promotional materials
•Following trends in design, visual communication and competitors' activities
•Proposing new ideas and improving existing graphic solutions
Requirements
•Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
•Previous experience in the same or similar roles
•Creativity, a sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
•Responsibility, precision and good work organization
•Willingness to work in a team and collaborate with different departments and external partners
