Responsibilities
•Create graphics for digital platforms and print, including educational resources, websites, email campaigns, reports, and training materials
•Develop motion design for explainer videos, social media content, and training materials
•Create visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines
•Design presentations and proposals
•Collaborate with local and international teams on projects
•Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to implementation
•Continuously learn and improve design skills
Requirements
•Fluent spoken and written English and Polish
•Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop
•Able to create illustrations and visual concepts
•Strong PowerPoint skills
•Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual communication
•Portfolio showcasing strong and flexible design skills
•At least 5 years of experience
•Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
•Able to work well in a team and communicate ideas effectively
Nice to have: Experience with Figma
