Удалённая позиция Go-разработчика уровня Tech Lead/Team Lead для работы над масштабируемой инфраструктурой: разработка Kubernetes Operators на Go и Operator SDK, высоконагруженные веб-приложения с фокусом на отказоустойчивость и disaster recovery, управление контейнеризированными средами (Kubernetes/Docker Swarm). Требуется 7+ лет опыта в backend-разработке, из них 5+ лет с Go, опыт тимлидства и продакшн-опыт с Kubernetes.

Задачи

•Create and develop Kubernetes Operators using Go and Operator SDK as microservices

•Design and develop high-performance web applications focused on high-availability architectures and disaster recovery scenarios

•Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes or Docker Swarm, including deployment, scaling, and health management

•Own the full lifecycle of robust RESTful architectures, container orchestration, and resilient, efficient systems

Требования

•7+ Years of professional experience in Backend development

•At least 5 years of experience with Go

•Experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead

•Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes

•Experience using Go and Operator SDK

Nice to have: Experience with AWS, including developing and maintaining operators for managing AWS resources; proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Rust; experience with GCP or Azure.
