About the Role
For our production site in Bönen (Dortmund/Hamm area) we are looking for an experienced Global Cost Controller (m/w/d) with solid knowledge of SAP CO and Product Costing.
In this global role you will work closely with the Division CFO, international management, and our subsidiaries. You will design and harmonize SAP CO processes within the division, drive the further development of our controlling landscape, and make a significant contribution to the transparency and management of our profitability.

Responsibilities / Tasks
•Responsibility for and execution of global monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in the SAP CO environment
•Ensuring and continuously developing a harmonized SAP CO concept within the division
•Analysis, optimization, and documentation of end-to-end processes in cost accounting and product cost controlling
•Execution and support of global cost of goods manufactured calculation
•Analysis of product margins and profitability using SAP CO-PA
•Management and monitoring of cost center accounting as well as cost and performance planning
•Advising and supporting international finance organizations on SAP CO topics
•Designing and conducting training for global key users and finance teams
•Participating in international SAP and transformation projects, especially in the SAP S/4HANA environment
Your Profile / Qualifications
•Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, or comparable qualification
•Several years of professional experience in controlling and cost accounting, ideally in an international industrial company
•Very good knowledge of SAP CO/CO-PA mandatory
•Strong understanding of business processes, data flows, and system interrelations
•Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
•Very good German and English skills
