Our game studio's flagship game is Pet City 2. It's a casual game where players take care of the pet, interact with neighbors, decorate rooms, and dress up their pet. The game is updated with new game content every week. We are looking for a creative person to join discussions that go over general and specific ideas related to releasing new content for decorating and dressup. We focus on all aspects of US culture that include decorating traditions, cute fashion, fairy tales, classic movies, and more. Our motto is "Familiar, but with a twist": we love taking old themes and ideas and finding new, fun ways to bring them to life. Pet City 2 is a game where cultural inspiration and creative ideas matter much more than knowledge of game mechanics. Although most of our players are under 40, our most dedicated players are mostly women over 40 and live in the US, so it's important to understand and appreciate their interests and creative sensibilities. A liberal arts background would be helpful, but what matters most is a love of playing casual games, genuine passion for culture, decor, fashion, and history, along with a creative mindset.

•Big bonus but not required: Game industry experience.
Time commitment and collaboration
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity of approximately 10 - 25 hours per month. The schedule is flexible but should be evenings, and/or weekends. The collaboration involves calls with other team members via Microsoft Teams (personal edition which is free to use), sharing screens, discussing ideas, and exploring creative directions.
