GeneralMind

full stack engineering lead for AI workflows

In short

This is a full-stack engineering lead role at an AI startup building systems that automate enterprise workflows like order processing and invoice validation for manufacturing, retail, and logistics clients. The role covers owning core architecture across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Python/FastAPI, Temporal-based workflow systems), setting technical standards for the team, and integrating enterprise systems like ERPs. It demands deep full-stack expertise, strong systems thinking, and comfort with ambiguous startup environments. Work is on-site in Berlin, full-time.

About GeneralMind
GeneralMind builds AI systems that automate complex enterprise workflows, including order processing, invoice validation, supplier coordination, and exception handling. Its platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data, and is deployed in mission-critical workflows across manufacturing, retail, and logistics.
