About Project Lary
We're Project Lary, a team of product, tech, and design specialists based in Munich and Berlin. Since 2019, we've been turning complex business processes into digital solutions, from the first idea through to reliable operation. Work on real client projects and grow your full stack engineering skills alongside experienced developers, product managers, and designers. You'll contribute across frontend and backend, understand the problems behind your tasks, and gradually take on more responsibility with support from your team.

•Work closely with product and design to understand user needs and turn them into useful, reliable features.
•Use AI coding assistants to explore solutions, implement features, debug issues, and learn unfamiliar technologies.
•Review and test your changes, including AI-generated code, to make sure they work throughout the user flow.
•Contribute to code reviews, deployments, and improvements to our development and AI workflows.
•Communicate progress, questions, and blockers early, and take ownership of increasingly complex tasks.

•You've experimented with AI coding tools and want to make them an effective part of your development workflow.
•You want to understand the code you ship: you question suggestions, investigate unexpected behaviour, and check that your solution works.
•You communicate openly, ask for help when needed, and actively seek feedback.
•You care about how people use your software and enjoy suggesting improvements.
Будет плюсом (nice to have):
•Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms, or CI/CD
•Experience collaborating through Git and code reviews
•German language proficiency
