Responsibilities
•Build systems that power global operations
•Solve complex business problems with technical solutions
•Work with the team, end users, and stakeholders to address business problems
•Own solutions across the full stack over the long term
Requirements
•Work across the software stack, from backend to frontend and user experience
•Translate business and user needs into technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders, end users, and the team
•Work independently and take responsibility from problem definition through technical solution and user onboarding when needed
•Take long-term ownership of the product and develop it as the business evolves
•Communicate clearly in English and explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
•Be passionate about continuously improving ways of working
Nice to have
•Product design and UX skills
•Experience with or interest in AI-based development workflows
•Familiarity with TypeScript, Node, React, Google Cloud Platform, PostgreSQL, and infrastructure-as-code tools
