Задачи
•Build and evolve a digital product using Java/Spring Boot and React
•Design the solution architecture and make key technical decisions
•Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and integrations
•Collaborate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders to define and deliver MVP capabilities
•Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality
•Contribute to product strategy, technical direction, and continuous improvement of the solution
•Promote engineering best practices and provide technical leadership within the project team
Требования
•At least 5 years of professional software development experience, focused on Java and Spring Boot
•Hands-on fullstack development experience across backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and integrations
•Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript
•Experience designing and building applications from scratch, including MVPs and greenfield projects
•Understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, performance, and maintainability
•Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and modern application architectures
•Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle
•Ability to evaluate technical alternatives, create proof-of-concepts, and make pragmatic architectural decisions
•Understanding of software quality practices, including testing, code reviews, security, and automation
•Experience collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
•Ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and drive technical discussions and decisions
•Fluent Spanish (C1 or higher) and English
