Responsibilities
•Deliver new features and bug fixes focused on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction
•Maintain codebase quality through coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing
•Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces and application state for seamless cross-platform experiences
Requirements
•Excellent English communication skills
•Experience with React/Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript in production-scale applications
•Competency in state management with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar
•Ability to write modular, maintainable, well-tested code
•Skills in testing and debugging complex frontend applications
•Deep interest or experience in P2P technologies or distributed systems
•Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team
Nice to have
•Desktop application development with Electron, Tauri, or similar runtimes
•Familiarity with video/audio APIs such as WebRTC and media streams
•UI performance optimization, including rendering and memory management
•Cross-platform application development for macOS, Windows, Linux, or other platforms
•Contributions to OSS projects, especially in P2P or decentralized technology
