Responsibilities
•Lead technical strategy and architecture for scalable CMS applications, establishing performance foundations for large-scale projects
•Optimize frontend infrastructure and Core Web Vitals across multiple products
•Oversee code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability
•Communicate technical concepts and progress to product owners and non-technical stakeholders
•Continuously optimize development processes and workflows to enhance team productivity
•Collaborate with remote product management teams to deliver customer-facing web applications
Requirements
•Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js with App Router
•Extensive experience with the internationalization lifecycle for large-scale applications, including integration with translation management systems such as Crowdin
•Proficiency with monorepo tools such as NX or Turborepo
•Experience integrating third-party APIs, analytics, and A/B testing solutions
•Proven track record in SEO optimization and PageSpeed improvements, including CLS and INP
•Strong UI/UX skills with Figma and experience building responsive, consumer-facing web applications
•Comfortable working in AI-driven engineering environments, using AI throughout system design, prototyping, refactoring, testing, and code review
