Parity builds core infrastructure behind blockchain, including open-source software such as Polkadot, Polkadot SDK, and Kusama. Its team develops tools, integrations, and partnerships across the Polkadot network to accelerate ecosystem growth and platform adoption.
Responsibilities
•Lead feature development from scoping and architecture through deployment, iterating based on live user data
•Integrate AI tools into the daily workflow to accelerate development and maximize output
•Make autonomous decisions in ambiguous situations and fill gaps in requirements
•Deploy MVPs quickly to gather real-world feedback and support validated learning
•Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand pain points and translate them into functional, scalable software
•Work across the organization to remove blockers and maintain a high shipping cadence
Requirements
•Experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications
•Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-driven development, and modern build pipelines
•Good understanding of system design and ability to work with complex systems
•Strong product intuition for applying AI to solve user problems and deliver valuable features

•TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks
