About the company
SoftFlow Labs builds business software that helps companies run internal processes faster with less manual work. Its first product is a multi-tenant SaaS workspace platform for teams, with web and mobile apps already in production.
Responsibilities
•Own the frontend of a large web app with dozens of screens and a React Native app that shares its API
•Design the query cache architecture and authentication flows across web and native
•Improve performance on heavy screens
•Deliver an interface in more than 12 locales
•Work directly with the development lead and influence technical decisions
Requirements
•3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript, ideally 4–5
•At least one year of experience with a large application featuring dozens of screens and complex state; landing pages and admin panels with five forms do not qualify
•Strong knowledge of TanStack Query, including query keys, prefix invalidation, and cache behavior across tabs
•Experience with client-side OIDC/OAuth2, including Entra ID and Google as providers, refresh tokens, and system-browser login on mobile
•Experience with Tailwind and design tokens
•Some React Native and Expo experience, including at least one app shipped to a store or distributed internally
Nice to have
•TipTap or BlockNote, Yjs or Hocuspocus, dnd-kit, TanStack Virtual, react-d3-tree, Leaflet, Reanimated, gesture-handler, Vitest, Playwright
•Experience at a startup or on a small team where you made decisions rather than only implementing them
