What you will do
•Own product features end to end, from initial idea through launch and refinement.
•Help take the product from pre-launch to its first customers.
•Extend and improve integrations with communication channels.
•Build voice infrastructure for live calls, telephony, and connections to audio models.
•Improve application responsiveness as data and usage scale.
•Talk with customers and help shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
•1–3 years of experience building and shipping production web products.
•Production experience with TypeScript across both backend and frontend development.
•Strong product sense and UX judgment, including attention to interaction details, edge cases, loading states, and errors.
•Experience profiling and improving application performance.
•Ability to work independently without detailed specifications and make product and engineering decisions.
•Ability to work onsite in Tashkent, remotely, or in a hybrid format.
Nice to have
•Experience with Effect or interest in learning it.
•Experience with distributed systems through professional or personal projects.
