Responsibilities
•Contribute to the Flutter app, available in 11 countries and used by millions of people
•Analyze and refine requirements with the product owner
•Improve architecture, code quality, and the development process
•Optimize the automated CI/CD pipeline
•Teach and mentor less experienced team members through pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions
•Share ideas and engage in open discussions across all levels
Requirements
•2–3 years of professional experience building and delivering Flutter projects
•Strong interest in Flutter and technology, a desire to learn, and appreciation for good software architecture
•Knowledge of Streams, Widgets, builder functions, and Provider
•Experience with Android or iOS development
•Collaborative approach, willingness to ask for help, good communication skills, and a problem-solving attitude
