•Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a closely related field.
•Foundational programming skills in C, C++, or Python.
•Understanding of computer architecture, embedded systems, firmware, or low-level software concepts.
•Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line development tools.
•Ability to document technical work, explain findings, and collaborate with engineers.
Responsibilities
•Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of system and embedded firmware.
•Develop and maintain firmware and supporting software in C, C++, or Python.
•Create automated tests and scripts for firmware validation.
•Contribute to continuous integration and delivery workflows.
•Conduct engineering experiments and analyze test data.
•Support lab setup, system configuration, hardware bring-up, and firmware testing.
•Investigate firmware behavior and hardware-software interactions.
•Document test procedures, results, software changes, and technical findings.
•Participate in reviews and communicate progress or blockers.
