О компании: OSMAN is a troubleshooting company specializing in business systematization and problem-solving. To date, we have partnered with more than 200 businesses.
Задачи:
•Analyze the financial position of client businesses: revenue, expenses, profit, and cash flows, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports
•Identify discrepancies between profit and actual cash flow, and find points of financial loss
•Organize and implement management accounting: categorize income and expenses, establish cost centers and financial responsibility areas
•Develop financial budgets, conduct plan/fact analysis, and identify the reasons for variances
•Create a financial control system, including managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
•Calculate and analyze key financial indicators (Revenue, Gross Profit, Net Profit, EBITDA, Margin, Unit Economics)
•Visit client businesses, discuss financial issues with management, and implement the systems developed
Требования:
•At least 2–3 years of practical experience in finance (as a Financial Analyst, Financial Manager, Management Accountant, or in a similar role)
•Experience working with a company's financial statements
•Budgeting
•Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian (mandatory)
•English proficiency at least at B1–B2 level
•Analytical and systematic thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, and integrity
Будет плюсом:
•Experience in management accounting is a significant advantage
•Experience in consulting or working with several businesses is a significant advantage
•Preferred: ACCA certification, knowledge of IFRS, experience with 1C, Power BI, Financial Modeling
