What you will do
•Process requests and work with corporate financial information systems, using AI assistants for routine queries and data lookups.
•Maintain financial records and enter reports and primary documents with AI-assisted data extraction, reconciliation, and error checks.
•Create reports and dashboards to support department heads in strategic decision-making.
•Identify manual finance processes and propose AI-based improvements.
Requirements
•At least two years of experience in the financial sector.
•Degree in economics or finance.
•Hands-on daily experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
•Ability to critically check AI-generated output and verify figures before inclusion in reports.
•Understanding of data confidentiality when using AI services.
•Ability to work with and analyze large volumes of data.
•English at B1 level or higher.
•Perseverance, stress resistance, openness to feedback, and readiness to adapt to change.
Nice to have
•Experience working with primary documents.
•Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query, as well as PowerPoint.
•Ability to prepare clear, informative, and visually attractive reports and presentations.
