NT.Payments operates a payment terminal network in the United Arab Emirates and is developing the NT.Wallet mobile application while expanding across the MENA region.
What you will do
•Direct and manage accounting operations covering receivables, payables, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
•Prepare and oversee P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
•Monitor operating results against budgets, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions.
•Conduct account audits, bank reconciliations, prepaid expense and deferred charge reviews, and physical asset and inventory counts.
•Manage credit and collection procedures, purchasing controls, payroll approval, and service, tenancy, and outsourcing contracts.
•Lead finance team development through coaching, training, and performance appraisals, while presenting results and action plans to management.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•At least 10 years of relevant financial management experience and proven experience leading accounting or finance professionals.
•Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax.
•Experience preparing and managing budgets, supporting strategic financial planning, and resolving complex financial issues.
•Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and advanced spreadsheet tools.
•Ability to work from the Almaty office, manage reporting deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
Nice to have
•ACCA, CPA, or CMA certification.
•Experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools.
