Description
This position plays a key role in overseeing the operational and financial performance of a real estate investment fund. As Financial Analyst you play a key role in monitoring the financial performance of a real estate investment fund. You sit at the intersection of finance, legal and asset management, which gives you a 360-degree view of how real estate value is created and sustained.
Responsibilities
•Monitor and analyse the financial performance of the real estate investment fund
•Build and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts
•Prepare fund reporting, investor reports and performance presentations
•Contribute to cash flow forecasting and risk analysis
•Act as a liaison between internal departments (transactions, asset management, finance, legal) and external stakeholders
•Support legal and regulatory compliance for fund operations and governance
•Propose process improvements to make financial reporting and fund operations more efficient
Requirements
•2–5 years of experience, preferably in fund management or finance, ideally within real estate
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law
•Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting and compliance
•Highly organised, analytical and structured
•Clear, professional communicator who engages confidently with stakeholders
•Proficient in Excel and financial modelling
Nice to have
•Experience in an international environment
•Familiarity with European real estate markets
•Fluent English
•Dutch and/or German is a plus
