Responsibilities
•Overseeing daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
•Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements
•Monitor costs
•Support pricing and investment decisions
•Managing accounting activities
•Ensuring compliance with local regulations
•Coordinating with external auditors
•Improving financial controls and procedures
•Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights that support strategic planning and business growth
Requirements
•Strong financial management and accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
•Proficiency in financial analysis and cost control, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
•Experience with accounting software and solid MS Excel skills
•Knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
•Demonstrated ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
•Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
•Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, or a similar production environment is advantageous
