Задачи
•Run daily finance operations and review transactions, invoices, and financial documents for accuracy and completeness
•Lead, guide, and set priorities for the accounting team
•Own finance tools and systems, including 1C, Excel models, and reporting templates, and keep them accurate and up to date
•Design, document, and continuously improve finance processes, policies, and controls
•Simplify and automate recurring work, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting
•Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
•Prepare regular and one-time financial reports for management and the Board
•Develop annual budgets and forecasts with the Board and the Global CFO
•Monitor budget performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions
•Analyze financial performance and propose ways to improve profitability and cost efficiency
•Ensure compliance with Georgian financial and tax regulations and internal guidelines
•Coordinate with the COO to align financial objectives with operational goals
•Act as the main contact for auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
Требования
•Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role
•Experience leading an accounting team
•Hands-on experience building or improving finance processes and tools
•Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements
•Skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
•Confidence using 1C and advanced Excel
•Hands-on, operational mindset
•Analytical abilities and keen attention to detail
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•High confidentiality
•Ability to work under tight deadlines
•Team leader and team player
•Nice to have: a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field; MBA, CFA, or ACCA
