Responsibilities
•You take responsibility for day-to-day operational finance, accounting, and controlling matters.
•You support business planning and reporting on target setting.
•You define and monitor financial metrics and KPIs.
•You are responsible for developing and updating our financial model.
•You ensure compliance with all German and EU legal and regulatory requirements.
•You work closely with our CEO, the tax office, and other cross-functional team members.
Requirements
•You have more than 3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, and finance at another start-up in an international environment.
•You have sound technical and legal knowledge of German tax law and accounting.
•You have experience with international finance processes, particularly transfer pricing.
•You have experience with financial modeling (you use Excel without a mouse).
•You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
•You speak fluent German and English.
Nice to have: A legal background/expertise would be an advantage.
