FORMEL SKIN is an online dermatology clinic that combines medical care with technology. It has delivered over one million treatments and joined forces with Voy to build a global health tech platform, expanding into new treatment categories in Germany.
Responsibilities
•Own the end-to-end accounts payable process in NetSuite, including invoice review and pre-accounting, approval routing, credit card transactions, vendor data, accruals, AP reconciliation, and payment preparation while maintaining separation of duties
•Support the setup of a structured purchase order process, from approval through invoice matching, in line with procurement controls
•Support the writing and implementation of finance policies in Notion and maintain internal controls
•Support monthly close across all entities with reconciliations and documentation
•Support local reporting under HGB and group reporting in NetSuite, including the transition away from local systems
•Support group consolidation across all entities, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
•Support statutory audit preparation with reconciled balance sheets and documented processes
•Support VAT declaration preparation as the filing process moves in-house
•Bring automation and AI into daily work and support the finance integration of a recently acquired company
•Liaise with local accountants, tax advisors, and auditors
Requirements
•At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
•Solid understanding of balance sheets and month-end close, with good HGB knowledge
•Hands-on experience preparing VAT declarations
•Able to take tasks through to completion, ask questions when needed, and report back without constant guidance
•Comfortable working independently in a fast-growing environment where processes are still being built
•Strong numerical, analytical, and process-oriented skills, with strong Excel skills
•Tech-savvy, with an automation and AI mindset, and quick to learn new systems
•Able to manage competing deadlines across month-end close, audits, tax filings, and ad hoc projects while maintaining accuracy
•Strong English communication skills
•German reading comprehension required; German speaking is a plus
